While roaming in an inclusive roaming zone, you may get up to 30GB to use, depending on when you last upgraded/purchased, I’d recommend the following to see how much you’d get;

Thank you Tom, much appreciated for the advice.
In terms of accessing my account to upgrade/amend my pack - in both instances using the app or the login address supplied in your message - I get the same response - “Sorry, your details do not match our records” Please try again. I really dont know why this is the case…..
So what I do now I really don’t know other than go to a different provider - as I cant access chat and there is no one I can speak to about it.

Thank you Kash - I’d love too however as I can’t access my account (as I mention) I can’t access Live Chat so I’m in a no win position and have no one I can discuss it with at ID. Unless you have other ideas
