When away on holiday I received texts to say my data was about to run out, despite thinking I was on unlimited data. I tried to login to the id mobile app to sort out however I was unable. I also tried to logon via a laptop. My data ran out annoyingly
On arrival home, now 2 days later I still cant access the app or my account whether using wifi (phone) or laptop. I’m considering giving up on ID mobile as I cannot resolve the matter. I cant speak to someone nor access the app. What can I do…..
