Your customer service is practically non-existent. And, when you do find a semblance of it, it turns out to be a bad joke.
You have cost me a fair amount of money due to your deplorable "customer service. Now, I'm stuck in a hellish 2-year contract.
At some point, down the road, I may get legal with your organisation. Just thought I'd let you know what rubbish you're delivering as a service.
