I have been unable to receive or make calls on my business phone today. You have also taken upon yourselves to charge me today for your services, which I am unable to use. Significant refund required or new stable provider required me thinks

Please note however, we do only sell our SIM card for personal usage, and not business purposes, so we wouldn’t be able to comment on anything business related etc I’m afraid, however, we do sincerely apologise if your business was affected in anyway by the outage.
