Unable to send or receive calls

Unable to send or receive calls all day. My elderly mum has had a fall and I'm trying to speak to family and get care sorted. Complete nightmare. Only discovered iD had gone down through friend googling. 

Where is your customer care or contact to let me know what's happening. Very frustrated by this and causing significant problems today.

We had experienced an outage with our partners at Three, which may have explained the problems you had been facing? We are very sorry about any inconvenience caused, but this has all been resolved now.

As an online business, we posted updates across out social media channels, website and iD community.

We hope your mother is well and on the mend.
