Want to cancel contract but don’t have SIM

Hello, 

I would like to cancel my contract as I have a new one and a new SIM card, but I don’t have the ID SIM card anymore so I can’t log into my account to cancel the contract as I don’t have the ID number anymore. Please could you advise me about how I can cancel my contract?
