It occurs everywhere. I have to use WhatsApp call. I’ve had people message me in the past and I never recieved it because the provider was down. I feel like it’s a fake provider it’s ridiculous. I changed my number when I signed up so I still had my old number. And I’m still having problems with numbers. I blocked a number and I can’t unblock it now because it’s acting like my old number blocked it and of course I don’t have access to the old number. It’s just all a joke. I have tried to contact somebody but it seems this is the only way to actually speak to somebody.

You can ‘speak’ to iD customer support using their online web chat service - alternatively, send iD a PM on social media using Facebook Messenger or X, @Jennie Bulmer.
