Already 3 days I'm struggling to speak with customers service about my issue and there is no way to reach anyone.
I'm really concerned about this company, as I can't even leave them without being charged.
And actually I didn't even use anything, I just want to cancell in my cooling-off time and I'm asked to pay a finally bills £15.20 , when I'm on a rolling contract for £8 a month.
This is a big big joke!
