Why is it so hard to get a PAC code

Just trying to leave ID mobile and keep being fobbed off with a technical error on their database. Starting to feel like they’re lying to keep me here as a customer.

Welcome to the Community!

We are currently experiencing some technical issues. Are you requesting the PAC via Live Chat or the SMS number?

  • By textText PAC DDMMYY to 65075 (DDMMYY should be your date of birth, for example, 30th October 1999 would be 301099). We'll text you back straight away with your PAC.
  • Via the iD appLog in to the My iD App and go to My Account > End my plan.
  • OnlineTo request a PAC online, visit here.

A PAC is valid for 30 days from the date it's issued. If you don't use it before it expires, your plan won't be cancelled and you'll continue to be billed.

Whilst we are experiencing Technical Issues you may not be able to retrieve a PAC code.
