Why is there no live chat or any other way to contact anyone at ID? I’ve been going round in circles for half an hour and keep coming to the same page saying how live chat is available?
I’m also a newbie and have been REALLY frustrated with the live-chat which though available for me didn’t do anything at all to help! But… I did ask a question within this forum and someone from ID Mobile answered and solved my problem. Give that a try.

Just tell the 24/7 iD chatbot you want to “talk to a person”,
The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays.

Hi Lauren - none of those are ways to ‘speak to an advisor quickly’. You should add telephone support!
