Why is there no live chat or any other way to contact anyone at ID? I’ve been going round in circles for half an hour and keep coming to the same page saying how live chat is available?

Hi @pjw67, just in case this is still needed, there’s a few ways to get in contact with us at iD if you’d like to speak to an advisor quickly. I’ve left these contact methods below:

I’m also a newbie and have been REALLY frustrated with the live-chat which though available for me didn’t do anything at all to help! But… I did ask a question within this forum and someone from ID Mobile answered and solved my problem. Give that a try.

Does that mean you’ll be introducing telephone support soon? It’ll be one of the factors that I consider when I next decide who to pay for my mobile contract!
I'm going to turkey In a few days, I need to know if I can.use my phone over there. I cant find in my account if I have a spending cap and if so how much do I have
Hey there @Big Col, as mentioned, we’ll take your feedback on-board. At the moment, we’re not looking at bringing in customer services via the phone, but we will never say never.
