Still no results or answers as to why I have received a bill yet I cancled and paid last month!!

Hey there ​@Kelly348, sorry you feel this way.

 

When you request a 30-day disconnection, your line will remain active for those 30-days, and you’ll be liable to pay for those 30-days also.

 

Once disconnected, and the final payment made after that, you’ll receive no further bills.
