wont let me leave

I have a bill stating that this is a monthly bill not a leaving bill that I have already paid for. I can't access my account to sort this!!!! This is not good enough. You are not helping. I need to access my account and shut it down . The number does not exist anymore

Did you try their other contact methods given to you on your other topic

As in Tag @iD Mobile on Facebook or @iD_Mobile_UK on X or https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat

And as advised on the above link they don’t have a phone number.

 

If you submitted a PAC or STAC request to iD (rather than just cancelling the DD) then the leaving part should have been automated - they know you’re leaving, you leave the DD open until any monies owed either way are paid and AFAIK they shut the account down, possibly (IDK) after 30 days…
