I have had nothing but problems with my phone. From day one it won’t let me message certain people. My neighbour is 90 & she relies on me messaging her.

It’s hit & miss with phone calls. I had a new sim, spoke to team members. The last team member asked for this payment on the phone. I have tried 3 times to sort this problem out. I’m contacting the Financial ombudsman to take this further. I want to return the handset & sim . Please privately message me an email for me to send all of this information too
