If I leave iD Mobile, what should I expect on my final bill?

If you’ve decided to leave us, your final bill will be issued the day after your account is disconnected. Here’s what to expect:

 

What is included in the final bill?

 

Your final bill is a tidy-up of your account. It usually includes:

  • Line Rental: Calculated up to your disconnection date. Since you pay this in advance, you might actually see a credit (refund) for days you’ve paid for but won't use.
  • Usage Charges: Any out-of-plan costs (like picture messages or premium calls) used up to the point of disconnection.
  • Early Termination Fee: If you cancelled while still in contract, this fee covers the remaining cost of your agreement.

 

How do I view my final bill?

 

Even though your account is closed, you can still log in to the iD Mobile app or my.idmobile.co.uk for 6 months after you leave to view and download your bills.

 

How do I pay?

 

We will take the payment automatically around 14 days after the bill is issued.

 

Important: DO NOT cancel your Direct Debit. We need an active Direct Debit to take the final payment (including any remaining line rental or extra usage charges). You will not be charged after that date.

 

If you have already cancelled your Direct Debit, don’t worry. You can make a manual payment in the app or via our automated phone line.
