I purchsased a new contract, with a new iD mobile number instead of an upgrade. What should I do?

If you have purchased an additional plan by mistake instead of an Upgrade, you’ll need to initiate a return. You can find out more in the article below:

 

 

Please note: You cannot transfer your mobile number from one iD Mobile plan to another.
