Data roll over

Had data roll up accumulated to nearly 5 gb last month. I upgraded to a new plan and have not used 5gb of data yet it hasn't rolled over. It's gone back to 2gb

Hi Justine, in cases where plan changes or upgrades are completed, it is not possible for accrued data to be rolled over unfortunately.
When the change is completed, a a pro rata allowance is provided and data rollover will start after the first full month.
