how to change from pay monthly to pay as you go

It’s not possible to convert your SIM to PAYG unfortunately and vice versa.

If you wanted to cancel the account, this can be done in the iD app/account via My Account > End my plan

Thanks for reply. But I want to keep this number. if I end this plan, and buy a new ID mobile SIM card purely for pay as you go, can I transfer this number to the new PAYG SIM?

Unfortunately , we cannot transfer the number from iD Mobile to another iD Mobile.

Are you wanting to transfer your old iD Mobile number to a new iD Mobile SIM?

Unfortunately internal number ports are not possible with iD Mobile, you would need to upgrade if you wish to keep the number.
