Need help upgrading

I have x2 sims that are registered to the same email and I can only get the app for one of the sims, I would like to upgrade both plans but can't do this as I have no app access for the second sim, please help to sort this situation.

Hi @Saddles2, it’s not possible to register two lines to the same email address, so you must be mistaken here. It sounds like one of the lines hasn’t yet been registered for an account. Once you do that here using a different email address, you’ll be able to to log in and upgrade as normal.
