This morning I got a text from ID Mobile saying my account needed updating, I logged in and had to re-enter my payment card details... weird.
Then a few hours later I get another text saying a new SIM is on its way.
What the hell?
I don’t want a new SIM, I don’t want my account changed in any way.
What is happening? WHY?
How do I cancel this unwanted SIM?
