I'm trying to upgrade to a new plan. I get to the payment details, enter them as requested, but the page keeps telling me it can't be processed. However money is still being taken from my account.
Chatbot won't help me, I can't seem to contact a person. How do I process my payment??
I confirm, my details match those on the card I'm trying to pay with.

When you speak to Live Chat have you tried asking the Chat bot “I want to speak to an agent” this should usually connect you to someone.
We can't process any orders from our platform but hopefully the Live Chat Team can get you connected with the Team who can to sort this.
