I’m trying to activate a new sim card for an upgrade.

Whenever I complete the details (phone number, verification code, sim card number) I get the following message:

Sorry, we're experiencing some issues processing your request. Please get in touch so we can get it sorted.

The “get in touch” link only gives options of this forum, the automated account checking or the chatbot. I tried the chatbot and it was useless. Who can I speak to to get this sorted?

Hi @fimarshall,

We’re sorry to see this error. If you have upgraded, your old SIM card may still be fine to use. Does your old SIM card still show a network connection (if it fits inside your new phone)?
