Hi

What I would like to know is when when my new sim upgrade arrives does it continue to be just one account

Hi @164spur,

If you have upgraded your current number you would continue to use the same account on the iD Mobile app or online account.

The account should update once the order upgrade order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
