upgrade gone through?


I have upgraded today, saw the order confirmation screen and 9.99 upfront cost has been taken from my bank but I've received no email confirmation and app not showing any upgrade just still showing me options. Has it gone through?? Please don't tell me to use the chat function it's absolutely horrendous.

Was the item you ordered in-stock?

The id My Account online and iD app don’t always immediately reflect any changes to an iD account.

If the iD Mobile online chat isn’t for you, you could try contacting iD by:

  1. Using facebook Messenger.
  2. Sending a direct message on Twitter.
  3. Call the iD Mobile telephone sales team on 020 7139 1397 (during normal office hours).
