If you find our standard bills difficult to read, we can provide them in a range of alternative formats to suit your needs. This service is completely free of charge.

 

Available formats.

 

We can send your bills and account communications in the following formats:

  • Large print
  • Braille
  • Audio (CD)
  • Dyslexia-friendly coloured paper

 

How to request a format change.
