For 4 days I’ve had no connection to ID mobile on my phone and I can’t log into the app to get assistance. I don’t know why it’s suddenly disappeared, I’ve had no problem for years.
I can’t log into the app. I’ve tried to register for the new app but have only received one text with a verification code. Unfortunately I couldn’t log with it as I was away from my phone. Despite repeatedly requesting verification codes I’ve not received any others and I’m getting a bit desperate about how to resolve this, especially as I can’t seem to phone and talk to anyone about it either.
Please can someone help me resolve this?
