2nd id mobile accounts

I have been paying a bill to ID mobile for a year and a half and I have not got the SIM card for this contract . I do have an another ID mobile account which I’m currently using. 
I don’t have any information about the other account other than it is coming out of my bank. I need to actually speak to somebody regarding this to get a Sim card and number. 

but not affecting my current ID account.
