My Samsung phone is asking me activate there service & do I need to do that cos they saying they delete my account my services, I thought that that I have a account & service with id mobile so what's going on

Hey there ​@clynn1982, Samsung are a phone manufacturer and iD Mobile is a mobile network. We wouldn’t delete anything Samsung related, neither would they delete anything iD Mobile related.

Samsung services would be different to the service we offer as your network. 

Can you please confirm if you are getting this when setting up your handset or when you are attempting to access an app/store?

My phone is a Samsung but my contract is from id mobile so which service sud I listen to

I need to know is will my service & my account be deleted from Samsung because I'm with id mobile even though my phone is Samsung
