I’ve just had a painstaking live chat which the person was lovely however I believe my daughters day at has been stolen.
her roaming data has exceeded 30gb to 115gb.
We’ve not stepped foot out of the UK this year. I’ve been told I have to wait for a usage report.
has anyone else had this! I don’t know whether it’s identity theft a data breach or something else entirely!
