Unable to access id account through the app to update payment details. Keep gat message something's gone wrong please try again. Been trying for several days only to get same message. I'm using my own home broadband which is working perfectly fine. This is urgent because I will be receiving a refund

Have you tried to access your account via your account online?

Please also try uninstall and reinstall the app and try again.
