Does iDMobile offer an additional level of security for accounts (a PIN or password) to stop SIM switching fraud?

Hey there
If you’d like a password/PIN set up on your account with us, please contact us via our live-chat or via social media, and let us know what you’d like the password to be, and we can se that up for you.

Also, we have also recently implemented a OTP that now needs to be sen to the customer before a new SIM card can be sent or activated, which is helping elimate SIM fraud in general, and limit cases of it.
