Hi there, is it possible to add a 2nd number to my account?

If you’d like to purchase an additional plan, you’ll be able to do so via the iD Mobile website.

 

Purchases of contracted plans are as normal subject to credit checks, if you’ve already made a purchase with us recently, we’d recommend at least a 3 month gap.

hi Tom, thanks for your response. I had tried to buy another sim/no from you and thought that it had not been processed because my email address is already associated with my sons number. I read your response and have just applied for a new number, which did not auto generate an email confirmation either, but i have just found both confirmations in my spam, so now i have two numbers on their way to me. Whats the best way of cancelling one of them? Thanks, C
