Hi, the adult content filter isnt toggle...able.. on the app or the webpage. 

Can you assist?  I’ve tried restarting my phone

Same here, it says it's off, but it's clearly on, and it's locked my Edge browser to Strict!!!


Hi @Stuey_T and @peteralston, are you able to let us know if you’re still experiencing an issue with toggling off your adult content filter? If this is greyed out in the app, you can speak to our live chat team direct for them to amend.

If you type into the chat box ‘speak to an advisor’ or select that option, you’d be put through to a live agent.

It’s also worthwhile checking if the website that’s being accessed works on just WIFI or just Mobile data or vice versa, as internet providers can also implement these restrictions.
