Sometime in the past week turning off the adult content filter has not been working. Was working fine before that. It is showing as being turned off in the app. Tried turning on/off in the app and restarting phone, still not able to access NSFW content.

I would advise enabling it and disabling it again.
You may need to restart the handset once doing this, however please also check that you don’t have any filters on your handset settings.

You should be able to find this under the “Plan” tab, then selecting “Manage iD Services”.
