Am I the only one who gives up when using LiveChat?


I've lost count the amount of times that I clicked 'None of these', enter my question again to receive these choices yet again. (See attached screencapture)

 

I kept repeating my question because I expected a human choice selection would fianlly appear but never does and so give up😫

I did this because other websites LiveChats eventually says transferring to 'Speak to advisor'

Come on iDMobile, when are you updating your LiveChat to after 3 attempts of not understanding the query, a choice appears to speak to a human?

Just tell the bot you want to speak to a person. It’s not difficult.

Hey there ​@MeTapo, as advised by ​@WelshPaul, you will need to ask to speak to an agent via the live-chat to get through to one.
