Am I the only one who gives up when using LiveChat?

I've lost count the amount of times that I clicked 'None of these', enter my question again to receive these choices yet again. (See attached screencapture) I kept repeating my question because I expected a human choice selection would fianlly appear but never does and so give up😫I did this because other websites LiveChats eventually says transferring to 'Speak to advisor'Come on iDMobile, when are you updating your LiveChat to after 3 attempts of not understanding the query, a choice appears to speak to a human?
