Amazon £55 Giftcloud Voucher

I went through MSE to gain the £55 Amazon voucher for signing up. However, I never received the email and when I emailed Giftcloud directly they told me I wasn’t eligible ? How do I go about solving this as I’m confident I completed all the steps correctly.

Unfortunately ​@JoeBooth10, suspect you’ll probably need to dispute voucher eligibility with GiftCloud.

Hi ​@Natalie W, I went through the following link from my email in the picture I have attached. I was told this would be enough but when I contacted Giftcloud I was told this wasn’t the case ?
