I went through MSE to gain the £55 Amazon voucher for signing up. However, I never received the email and when I emailed Giftcloud directly they told me I wasn’t eligible ? How do I go about solving this as I’m confident I completed all the steps correctly.

As this was offered and should be dealt with by GiftCloud, we would typically recommend re-contacting them, however, we also want to help you as best as possible and not send you round in circles.
