Probably best to resolve this issue by using the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser ​@Sean4960   

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.

Have you been with iD Mobile on the same number before?

 

If so, you may be logged into the old plan’s account, in which case it may be best to delete that account and then register a new one for the new plan.

Apps checking data usage  can it been shown data  MB as well so we know how much has been shown all it has been show as data gb . Instead of calling 7777 to mb data
