App allowance information

Every time I go into the app it shows the wrong data allowance on my plan.Ive spoken to customer service twice today and the first advisor said they'd change it there end,but that never happened and the second advisor told me to re install the app,I've done that and it's still wrong,is anyone else having this issue and have you found a way to sort it.Thanks.

What allowances does it show, and what allowances should be correct?

 

Can you send a screenshot please?

 

Is this for data allowance?
