I'm trying to log into my account in the app having not done this for maybe 6 months. The app kept telling me my password was wrong so I reset it.

I know my username is correct. When I try to log in after the reset it still fails telling me the password is incorrect. Is there a problem with the app?

 

After checking, I have noticed my ID mobile app permissions get removed by default after several months of inactivity. So I may need to allow these again. Does anyone know what the default set of permissions need to be allowed in ID mobile or will these reset by default if I uninstall and then reinstall the ID mobile app.

I would advise registering for the new iD Mobile app.

The setting should be the default settings unless you are prompted to allow permissions etc.
