App not recognising my number or name, cannot open my account

I was trying to log in to my Id account to set the roaming but when I enter my number & last name it says “Sorry your details do not match our records”.  And no other option on how to get in touch to someone to rectify this.  Please any one knows how to access their account with same problem?

Looking at the system, you’ve successfully registered on the 27th July. Can you confirm that is the case?
