App not recognising number

I have been with ID for 24 months but still cannot access the app!! It keeps saying number not recognised whther I try my original ID number or my actual number that I ported across.

I want to go to SIM only but cannot cancel or amend my plan in the app or on the website. HELP its costing me a fortune not being able to downgrade

Can you try following the steps on this link - I get a 'Sorry, your details do not match our records' error in the iD Mobile app. What should I do? | iD Mobile Community

You can also change you plan with us directly, or speak with our Sales Teams on 0207 1391 397.
