app says my account is closed.


I can't use the app because it says "This plan has been disconnected ". I suspect this relates to the time last year when someone tried to take over the number last year because I can only see bills up to about that time. The number was eventually recovered and I can receive calls on it but I can't see details of my allowances on the app (or elsewhere? )
