Hi,

I am receiving an error upon trying to redeem the apple Tv 3 month promotion, from an eligible product purchase, which states “UID Missing or incorrect message”.

I tried to contact live chat support on 02/09, of which I was informed someone would be in contact via email within 48 hours. This did not occur to my knowledge and now looking for help if it’s still possible to redeem this or not? as others seem to have this issue on the community as well.
