I am trying to get my old number bought over to my new ID account. I requested a PAC and not received so I tried again and immediately got a message from YOU with a pac code. Why are you sending it and not giff gaff? I am confused i don't want to leave ID I just want my old number??

Okay @Salty5307, if the number you want to keep is currently a giffgaff number, then just ask giffgaff for your PAC.

Give the PAC (from giffgaff), to iD Mobile, to use the number you want to keep with your iD SIM.

But i did ask giff gaff several times. And I tried again this morning. Then instantly got a text from ID with a pac code saying that I want to leave ID.

I had my number changed by a scammer while on holiday and they stole my accounts. I got number back then 2 days later it got stolen again. So I left giff gaff as they not secure. I am worried it is happening again. Someone trying to get in again??

Doesn’t sound great, @Salty5307

Your posts seem to indicate that both your giffgaff account and iD account might not be secure, sorry.

Best speaking to giffgaff and iD Mobile about the respective accounts.

How do I speak to ID??. I only can get here. They never have a phone number and I can't work out how to contact them

These iD community articles should help, @Salty5307

When using Live Chat, tell the 24/7 iD chatbot you need to “talk to a person”.

Hey there @Salty5307, welcome to Community!

If you requested a PAC code from us, then you’d get it from us. If you’ve already transferred your number over to us, and requested a PAC code, then it’d come from us also.

As @andewhite has kindly advised, you can find ways to contact us above.

Thanks,

Tyler
