Call Cutoff

I was in the middle of a call and got an ID voice telling me I had reached my cap, and just cut off my call in the middle of a conversation. Why has this happened?

Hi @westyson,

I’m very sorry to hear that.

When you reach your Bill Cap - or if it is set to £0 - you won't be able to make calls, send texts or use your data where there is an additional charge.

In this event, you could increase your Bill Cap.

Hi @westyson

Welcome and thanks for posting to us here on the community.

We are very sorry to hear the call was cut short.

To confirm, was this a chargeable call? If so, you may have hit your spend cap during and this would explain why it cut off.

This is in place to ensure you do not exceed the limit you have set on the account.

Thanks,

Nat

yeah, I get that, but to cut me off in the middle of a call is ridiculous. A warning will suffice. I am leaving ID as soon as my contract is finished. Just another thing you guys get wrong.
