can NOT open the ID mobile App

ID mobile App is not opening and gives error code starts with 500

Have you also tried checking the App store/Play store for any updates that are needed for the iD app? 

If so, and if this doesn’t work, it may be worth contacting the Live Chat team to reset your iD account.

If you type into the chat box ‘speak to an agent’ or select this option, you’d be put through to a live advisor.

Have you tried the website alternatively?
