Have you figured out how to fix this? I have the same problem and also can’t log in on the website.

Have you also tried checking the App store/Play store for any updates that are needed for the iD app?
If so, and if this doesn’t work, it may be worth contacting the Live Chat team to reset your iD account.
If you type into the chat box ‘speak to an agent’ or select this option, you’d be put through to a live advisor.
