Can't access accounts via web or app

Hi - I have (or had) two IdM accounts, one for my daughter and one for my son.

I can  now no longer gain access to either, via web or app.

Orignally I used different usernames for each, but (I think) the same email address. Now usernames seem no longer to be required, and your system (and this user) may be confused by the use of the same email for two accounts.

Can supply email addresses, usermames and phone numbers by private message when you respond.
