can't access the app


I have registered on the new id app but when I go to enter my phone number,  last name and my date of birth it says not recognised

Hi @Minxymaz 👋🏻

These type of Apps are notoriously bad for customers use as they always have login problems, no/incorrect account information, poor user interface etc and this is why I never download them.
What I do is, visit the site via the phones search engine, log in and then use the 3 dots at the top right hand corner of the screen (on a android phone) and select ‘Add to Home Screen’ to add a shortcut.
This way you are using the site as if you were on a computer and things work and all information is correct.
