I am the same. how long should the welcome email take

I sorted mine now. I went to live chat. 

My welcome email took more than 1-month to arrive, @Stephen Bowie.

Hi I can’t get on the live chat. I need help finding transaction number. No welcome email and not on the invoice

When you get onto the Live Chat function please type chat to an agent twice when prompted.

You should then get an option to select Customer Service.
