Like previous postings I am unable to log in to my account. I'm stuck in loop of error messages. I've tried resetting my password and reinstalling the ID app (android).

Here's an unsatisfactory tale of trying to get help.

Chat bot was useless as it thought I had just forgotten either my user name or password. 

Unfortunately there was a 119 minute wait to speak to an agent.

I found a number online 033 ending 15.

I spoke to an agent who gave me a further number 0900 . This turned out to be a premium lune number and the given number was unobtainable!

I called the 033 number back and spoke to the same agent. She advised that I tried ringing the same 0900  number from a different mobile or a landline. I tried to say that I only had the use of this one  mobile phone.

It was like talking to a robot. I asked to speak to the agent 's supervisor. I was told to ring the same number again, and then got cut off .

I'm stuck !

I’m not sure who you’ve called there, it’s worth noting we don’t have a phone line for general customer services.

 

What error message(s) are you getting when trying to log in?

 

When was the last time you were logged into the app?
